Before work
a. Check the “Transfer Records”.
b. Before operation, check the wearing parts of the protective plates, rubber curtains, rollers, etc., and replace them in time.
c. Check the fit of each moving part, loose the bolt connection, and tighten in time.
d. Check if any debris falls into the machine and remove it in time to prevent blockage of each conveying link and cause equipment failure.
e. Check that the lubrication of each part meets the requirements.
f. It is only ready to start when it is confirmed that there is no one in the room before starting the machine and the access door is closed reliably. Signal the person near the machine before starting the machine.
g. To operate correctly in accordance with the operating procedures.
2. At work
a. First start the ventilation and vacuum motor, check the operation, confirm the normal and then start the shot blasting machine. Before the shot blasting machine is started, do not open the control valve for the iron pellet.
b. Always check the quality of steel cleaning, if necessary, adjust the projectile angle and roller conveyor speed
c. Always observe whether the steel has a deviation, and the slippage should be eliminated in time.
d. Pay attention to whether the vibration and sound in the operation of the blasting machine are normal, the temperature rise of the bearing and the motor, stop the inspection when an abnormality occurs, eliminate the fault or replace the blade.
e. At the end of the blasting chamber work, the pellet tube should be closed first to stop the air intake; the blasting machine motor is turned off, and finally the ventilator is stopped.
f. An abnormal phenomenon occurs, stop immediately, check the cause and eliminate it in time. g. Wet steel plates are strictly prohibited from entering the shot blasting chamber for shot blasting.
3. After work
a. Turn off the power and remove debris from the lower screen of the separator.
b. Carry out routine maintenance.
c. Fill in the “Handover Record” and do a good job in the shift
